Our appointments come in all shapes and sizes, whether it be a short routine dental examination, an initial consultation for new patients or a treatment visit. Our reception team will know how long to book for you and can advise you on costs.

A few things to keep it simple…

  • If you are a new patient or returning after 6 months please allow time to update a medical history form
  • Please give at least 24 hours cancellation notice. We understand that life happens but charges will apply.
  • If you have pain or a dental emergency please call as early as possible in the day to arrange to be seen
  • We are happy to see you, even if you are not registered with us. To secure an appointment there is a ‘casual patient’ fee, taken as a deposit over the phone, at the time of booking
